CATH
Domain annotation - returns a list of CATH domains for a given PDB ID
Interpro
Interpro Scan* - Returns a list of domains from different databases that are found on the give seqeunce.
InterPro Entry Annotation - Returns the annotation for a given InterPro accession.
MSD
MSDpro - Provides a comprehensive services for interrogating the MSD search database
Pfam
Sequence Annotation - Returns the precalculated domain hits for the sequence.
Pfam Entry Annotation - Returns the annotation for a given Pfam accession.
Pfam Scan* - Returns a list of domains that are found on the give seqeunce.
SCOP
Domain annotation - returns a list of SCOP domains for a given PDB ID
To gain access to these service please mail Rob Finn. The different webservices are currently not at a stable locations. We expect this to be resolved by the end of September 2004. When resolved, we will provide the location of these services on this pages.
