Webservices
This contains a listing of the webservices provided by each member database.
DAS servers and clients
The DAS server page contains a list of all of the DAS servers and a brief description of their content that have been produced as part of the efamily project. There are also listing of other protein DAS servers that may be of interest. Finally, there is a list of DAS servers that about currently been developed as part of the project
The DAS client page contains information about two different protein DAS viewers. These clients are called SPICE and ProView. SPICE has been developed as part of the eFamily project.
Future releases
The eFamily project is currently writing an API for the eFamily XML. When the first development version is available, it will appear here.
