blank image New version of the SPICE browser SPICE is a browser for protein sequences, structures and their annotations. It can display annotations for PDB, UniProt and Ensembl peptides. All data is retrieved from different sites on the Internet, that make their annotations available using the DAS protocol. The latest version of the browser is available from here. blank image

blank image AHM2004 The all hands meeting is taking place in Nottingham between 31st August and 3rd September. The eFamily group will be present. A poster and short presentation will be available in the MRC booth. If people would like to make a specific appointment to discuss any aspect of the project during the meeting, then please liase with the MRC representatives who will contact us. blank image eFamily site open for business We have now registered the eFamily project with the domain name www.efamily.org.uk. As of August, we will be migrating from the old Sanger site to the new site, also housed at Sanger. The eFamily site will act a an informtion resource and link out to the different project members. It in not currently intended for this site to start becoming a data warehouse server. blank image
